Working with Billithis was a great experience. She’s organized, clear, and reliable — setting expectations in meetings and follow-ups, and delivering everything on time. Communication was smooth both in video calls and over email, and I appreciated how she made it easy to understand what she needed from me. She helped us set up our email newsletter in Brevo, guiding not only on style and templates but also on the technical setup. She brought my attention to double opt-in and other privacy requirements, making sure we’re GDPR compliant and responsible with our subscribers’ data. More than that, it was fun to work with her and I'm impressed by her many technical talents!
